Whether you’re a seasoned sauna bather or you’ve never set foot in a sweat box, this 90 minute innovation is worth a try. Combining the zen of singing bowls with the stress-melting heat of sauna, you’ll be invited to receive a series of sound baths administered live inside the sauna. By the end, you'll be floating. Unwound, uplifted and ultra-relaxed.

This one’s a bit more social. Each ten minute round will be split up by a few minutes break outside, so you can cool off, hydrate, reflect, and chat.
